As Membership Manager for the Sierra-Foothills region, my goal is to provide education on the important role air ambulances provide to your 911 network and why Membership Matters.
REACH/CALSTAR, Air Medical Services, an AirMedCare Network provider, is the largest network of air ambulances in California.
Your local REACH/CALSTAR providers, along with 320 other locations across the United States (including multiple locations in Alaska and Hawaii) provide your community with emergent air transport for life or limb-threatening emergencies. AirMedCare Network providers can be there for all patients in urgent need, but membership adds another important layer of financial protection.
I’m also honored to represent REMSA/CAREFLIGHT, a partner membership program as your local representative.
It’s important to know that your insurance may not cover the total cost of emergency treatment and transport. Even with the most comprehensive coverage, typical out-of-pocket costs like co-pays and deductibles will still apply. These charges could end up being substantial.
Members have added financial peace of mind, knowing their flight expenses are completely covered when flown by an AirMedCare Network provider.
